Terms of Use

These terms cover AlphaBitCore Prime ("Prime"), a platform for AI agents provided by Horizon Purpose Sdn. Bhd. (registration no. 202401052971 (1598814-H), "Horizon Purpose", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to this website (www.alphabitcore.io), the Prime web console, and Prime MCP, the connector that lets you use Prime from an AI assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude. By using Prime, including by connecting Prime MCP, you agree to them.

1. Who may use Prime

Prime and Prime MCP are for staff of firms that have an agreement with Horizon Purpose to use Prime. You sign in with the Prime account your firm gave you. Your firm's agreement with us also applies to your use of Prime; where it differs from these terms, the agreement governs. Anyone may read this website.

2. What Prime MCP does

Prime MCP lets the assistant you connect, acting for you:

• list and ask your firm's Prime agents and agent teams;
• follow their runs;
• read your Prime sessions and files;
• upload files;
• open the knowledge-base sources agents cite;
• fetch proof-of-execution reports.

It uses only the access your Prime account has. Neither Prime nor Prime MCP can place trades, execute orders, move money or make payments.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep your Prime sign-in to yourself, and disconnect Prime MCP from any assistant you no longer use.
• Only send Prime information your firm allows you to use, including information about your firm's clients.
• Don't use Prime to break the law, to get around Prime's access controls, or to disrupt the service.

4. Answers and outputs

Prime's agents use AI models and third-party data. Their answers and files are for information and to support your own professional judgement. They are not personal investment, tax or legal advice, and they can be wrong or incomplete. Check important figures against their sources before you rely on them. Client deliverables wait for an advisor's approval. The proof-of-execution report records what a run did; it does not guarantee that an answer is correct.

5. The assistant you connect

When you connect Prime MCP to an assistant such as ChatGPT or Claude, that assistant's provider (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude) handles what it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. Horizon Purpose does not control the assistant or what its provider does with the results Prime returns.

6. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Ownership

Prime, this website and their content, apart from what you and your firm put into Prime, belong to Horizon Purpose or its licensors. Your firm's agreement sets out who owns the content your firm puts into Prime and what the agents produce for it.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Prime and Prime MCP available but do not promise they will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or stop Prime MCP or any of its tools. If a change materially affects you, we will update these terms and the "last updated" date.

9. Ending your use

You can stop at any time by disconnecting Prime MCP in your assistant's settings. Your access ends if your Prime account or your firm's agreement ends, or if you breach these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Prime, Prime MCP and this website are provided "as is". Horizon Purpose's liability is limited as set out in your firm's agreement with Horizon Purpose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
